Bu cihazlar\u0131n <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ar\u0131zas\u0131<\/span>, hayata d\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fclme a\u015famas\u0131nda olan bir hastan\u0131n \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne neden olabilir. Hatal\u0131 kullan\u0131m\u0131 hayata d\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fclme a\u015famas\u0131nda iken daha ileri kardiyak tahribata sebep olabilir. Ve hatta hayat\u0131 tehdit eden aritminin elektif kardioversion veya acil kardioversion durumundaki hastada \u00f6l\u00fcme neden olabilir. Bu sebeple d\u00fczenli olarak Defibrilat\u00f6r Kalibrasyonu yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Defibrilat\u00f6rler, bir EKG monit\u00f6r ve defibrilat\u00f6r fonksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 tek bir \u00fcnite i\u00e7erisinde birle\u015ftirirler. EKG mod\u00fcl\u00fc e\u011fer kalbe ait QRS grafisi i\u00e7in durum uygunsa bir defibrilat\u00f6r pulsu\/\u015foku uygulamas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar. \u00c7o\u011fu defibrilat\u00f6rler pil\/batarya beslemelidir. Bu \u015fekilde hastane i\u00e7erisinde veya ambulansta veya ta\u015f\u0131nan di\u011fer bir alanda kullan\u0131labilirler.<\/p>\n<p>Bir hastay\u0131 defibrile etmede ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131k bir\u00e7ok nedenle olu\u015fabilir. Hatal\u0131 \u00f6n defibrilasyon kardiopulmonar hayata d\u00f6nd\u00fcrme tekni\u011fi, kullan\u0131c\u0131 hatas\u0131 (zay\u0131f paddle\/plak uygulamas\u0131 gibi) veya bitmi\u015f, ar\u0131zal\u0131 piller neden olabilir. (Pille \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan \u00fcnitelerde en yayg\u0131n defibrilat\u00f6r ar\u0131zas\u0131). Her dakika gecikmenin hayata d\u00f6nd\u00fcrme \u00e7abas\u0131n\u0131 riske etti\u011fi acil durumlarda, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ar\u0131zalar i\u00e7in bile d\u00fczeltmeye vakit yoktur.<\/p>\n<p>Periyodik kontrollere ek olarak, g\u00f6z kontrolu yapmal\u0131d\u0131r. Klinik personel her \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u00f6ncesinde ve defibrilat\u00f6r kullan\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra pillerin doldu\u011funu g\u00f6zlemelidir. Personel ayr\u0131ca g\u00fcnl\u00fck veya haftal\u0131k olarak \u00fcreticinin \u00f6nerilerine g\u00f6re \u015fok\/de\u015farj testi yapmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Defibrilat\u00f6rlerin tekrarl\u0131\/periyodik testler ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu sebeple y\u0131lda en az 2 defa, genelde 6 ayda bir, testleri ve muayeneleri mutlaka
